Please keep in mind that finding a quality home is challenging, but finding a home inspector who will work in your best interest is far more challenging. So BEWARE!! Real estate agents stand to make a great deal of money from home inspections. If you chose to use one of their recommended inspectors....BEWARE!!!

We do NOT solicit business from or represent the interest of real estate agents. That's why our business is so successful.
You will not get our name from a real estate agent. They would rather you use one of their chosen inspectors--ones we call in the industry as "rubber stamp inspectors". In order to get on their list, you must prove yourself to be an inspector that works to please the agent NOT the home buyer!! As long as my clients are satisfied with the inspection I do for them, I could not care less if the real estate agent gets upset or not.(most of the time they get upset) After all you're the one paying for my services NOT THE REAL ESTATE AGENT!! We feel it is highly unethical to represent the interests of anyone other than our clients.
